- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Spent 2.5 hours there with a 3 year old. When they went to go make my daughters follow up, they had a computer crash and could not make it. 6 weeks later, i get a reminder call. I ask to reschedule and they want to charge me for a missed appt fee for THEIR mistake. Also, was supposed to get a receipt emailed to me, again their issue and i am STILL waiting.
